Terms for Using This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms govern your use of lightshidden.property and the services Lightshidden Septic offers through it. Using the site, submitting a form or calling its displayed number means you accept these terms. This document is a general template, not legal advice.

Understand the Referral Role

Lightshidden Septic provides referral and marketing services that connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. Septic tank pumping, septic system repair, drainfield repair, sewer line repair and other plumbing work are not services we perform. Any agreement you reach with a provider does not include us as a party.

Check the Provider Before Hiring

Each provider is a separate business. Its quotes, prices, schedule, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct are its responsibility alone. We neither employ nor supervise providers, and we do not control their businesses. We make no promises about availability, response times, work or outcomes.

Before choosing a provider, we encourage you to review credentials, request proof of licensing and insurance, and obtain a written quote.

Use Site Content as General Information

Website content is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. It provides general information only. Any cost ranges reflect typical U.S. figures, vary with the job and do not constitute quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider. Where relevant, also check with your insurer and local health department.

Provide Accurate Details and Use the Site Lawfully

You agree to supply accurate information when contacting us. You also agree to use the website for lawful purposes only, without misuse, disruption or attempts to gain access without permission.

Contact About Your Request

When you contact us by phone or submit a form, you consent to contact about your request from us and the provider we connect you with. That contact may be by phone, text or email. Calls may be recorded or tracked for quality and billing. To ask us to stop contacting you at any time, email contact@lightshidden.property.

Respect Website Ownership

Lightshidden Septic or its licensors own this site's content and design. Commercial copying or reuse requires permission.

Limits on Liability and Warranties

As far as the law permits, Lightshidden Septic accepts no liability for loss or damage resulting from website use, a provider's services or your agreement with a provider. The website is supplied "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Review Changes to the Terms

These terms may be revised at any time. Continuing to use the website after a revision means you accept the revised terms.
