What This Website Does and Does Not Provide

Last updated: October 2026

Review this disclaimer before using lightshidden.property. It is a general template and does not provide legal advice.

The Referral Stops Short of the Work

Lightshidden Septic provides marketing and referrals, connecting homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not perform tank pumping, septic system or drain field repairs, sewer line repairs or other plumbing work. An independent provider performs any work at your property.

A Connection Is Not an Endorsement

A referral does not mean we endorse the provider. We offer no warranty about work quality, timing, price or results, or provider availability in your area at any particular time. Each provider is responsible for its licenses, insurance, permits, certifications and conduct.

Check Advice for Your Situation

Site content offers general information, not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Septic systems and sewer lines differ. Guidance that fits one property may not fit yours. Discuss your circumstances with a qualified provider.

Get the Price in Writing

Prices shown on the site are typical U.S. ranges, not quotes. Actual costs vary with the job, location, system layout, soil and local permit requirements. Obtain a written quote from the provider before work starts.

Confirm Coverage With Your Insurer

Insurance information here is general. We cannot determine whether your policy covers a particular problem. Coverage rests on your policy terms and your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or insurance agent about coverage questions.

Put Safety First

Sewage and septic tanks can expose you to harmful gases, bacteria and deep, open tanks. Do not enter a septic tank or work beside an open tank. Keep pets and children away from wastewater. Contact local emergency services first if life or safety is at risk.

Payment for Referrals

Providers or marketing partners may pay Lightshidden Septic for connecting them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains these arrangements further.

Information Can Have Errors

We work to keep website information correct and current. We do not warrant that it covers everything or contains no errors.
