Request a Septic or Sewer Estimate
Send your details for an estimate
Start with what you noticed
You do not need to name the fault. Tell us what changed: slow drains, sewage coming back up, an alarm, or wet ground near the tank. Include when it started and whether it is getting worse. If sewage is spreading, reduce water use and keep people away from the affected area.
Helpful details include:
- Your service address and preferred contact method.
- Whether you have a septic system or public sewer.
- The last pumping date, if known.
- Tank access, locked gates, or basement water.
Know who handles each step
Lightshidden Septic handles the referral. Independent providers in our network assess the problem and perform the work. Your request helps identify the service needed and check provider availability. It does not book a visit or set a price.
Next, discuss access, scheduling, and any assessment fee with the provider. Some jobs need an inspection before a firm quote is possible.
Review before you decide
Requesting an estimate carries no obligation to approve work. Ask for a written scope, total price, and any exclusions. Check who would do the job and how changes would be priced. Then decide whether the proposed work fits your needs.
